For more than 65 years we have been developing machines and systems for trenchless laying of cables and pipes. We produce cable ploughs, spider ploughs, cable winch vehicles and mobile tractors in highest quality.
To date, more than 450,000 kilometres of cables and pipes have been laid worldwide with our systems.

The benefits in one view

  • Innovative system for trenchless pipe and cable laying
  • The world market leader in the field of trenchless pipe and cable laying
  • The world's strongest winch and laying-plough systems with up to 360 tonnes of tractive force
  • Used on every continent and on any terrain
  • Incredible performance: 10.000 metres per day and a maximum pipe diameter of 630 mm
  • Ecological and sustainable – no trench, minimum impact on the natural environment

What characterises our products:

Efficient laying ploughs for all ground conditions

Efficient laying ploughs for all ground conditions
Whether underground cables, power lines, high-voltage lines, water pipes, sewage pipes, gas lines or fibre optic cables for broadband expansion - we offer the right machine for all ploughing work. And we are equipped accordingly for different soils: Mud, sand, water, gravelly, hard soils and other soil conditions are no problem for our ploughing machines.

Cable ploughs and winch vehicles of different strengths

In our product range you will find the FSP6 cable plough, a small and agile plough. The FSP22 cable plough is used for a wide range of applications. For pipes and cables up to 630 mm we recommend our FSP280. The FWF50 is designed as a cable winch vehicle with a tractive force of 50 tons. Our FWF 80 has a pulling force of 80 tons and the FWF 93 Crawler 90 tons.

Voice of the customers

The FOECK cable ploughs are suitable for all common soil conditions. Whether mud, gravel, loam, sandy and dry, hard and stony or frozen ground - with the systems from FOECK you can master any terrain. Even laying cables and pipes through ditches, streams, rivers or the Wadden Sea is no problem. The decision for a particular model depends more on the required depth and diameter of the material to be laid.

×

The conventional laying of cables and pipes in open trench construction requires numerous work steps, which make the procedure time-consuming and costly. With a cable plough from FOECK, you only need one single operation, and that at a laying rate of up to 1,500 metres per hour. Even the parallel laying of several cables and pipes can be carried out efficiently and without any problems. In addition, FOECK cable ploughs work in a very environmentally friendly way, as normally neither humus has to be removed nor trees and bushes. The fuel consumption is of course also considerably lower than with conventional construction.

We always have a close contact to our customers. If something should be damaged, we are at your side with spare parts and advice. It is also possible to get advice or on-site support on complicated construction stages. Refresher courses are also offered.

×

Of course, intensive consultation is one of our primary services. We would be pleased to arrange a personal meeting with you to explain the technical details and the possible applications of our machines and systems. Above all, however, as a manufacturer we can also respond to individual requests and make modifications that you absolutely need for your work. Another service we offer is to take a look at your construction site and document the plough line so that you know exactly what is actually ploughable. Please feel free to call us, send us an e-mail or simply use our contact form to make an appointment.

No! What makes our equipment stand out is the high tractive force. In order to ensure continuous and high quality ploughing, traction is of the highest priority. Our machines can work up to a depth of 2.50m.

With self-propelled cable ploughs, only a certain laying depth or relatively small cable/pipe diameters can be laid, as the resistance during ploughing is higher than the traction of the wheels or chains. And this is highly dependent on the nature of the soil and surface.

In order to be able to keep a given depth constant, a high traction is essential, as the soil types can change quickly (stones, clay, etc.). It is only due to the high tractive forces that the laying can be carried out without interruptions, which would otherwise have to be "expensively" reworked later.

You make the first step. First, describe your requirements for a trenchless laying system. We can then advise you in detail and together we can define all the necessary specifications. After the order has been placed, we will start the detailed project planning. If you then give us the green light, we will manufacture your machine and deliver it at the agreed time. At your request, we can also take care of ongoing maintenance and other services.
